What does it pay?
£12.21–£15.20 per hour depending on role, plus statutory holiday pay accrued each shift. Some sites pay a night-shift premium. Pay rate is confirmed in writing before you accept a shift.
How quickly can I start?
Most candidates start within 5 working days of applying — once right-to-work is verified and you're matched to a suitable shift.
Do you charge any fees?
No. Registration is free, and we never deduct fees for uniform, training, admin or anything else. We're paid by the businesses that hire you.
How and when do I get paid?
Weekly by BACS, every Friday, for the previous week's worked shifts. You get a digital payslip showing hours, rate, deductions and accrued holiday.
Do I need a CV or experience?
No CV needed to register. Many roles include on-shift training, so you can apply for your first warehouse or production job through us.
Do you offer night shifts?
Yes — many of our client sites run 24/7. Night and twilight shifts are available at most hubs and often pay a premium.
